At Maison Reserve, we want every order to arrive fresh, accurate, and in excellent condition.
Because our coffee products are fresh-roasted and consumable, we do not accept returns on coffee, coffee pods, sample packs, or opened products. For safety and quality reasons, coffee cannot be returned once it has been shipped.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, missing an item, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product and packaging when applicable.
If the issue is confirmed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
We do not offer refunds for incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer, buyer’s remorse, taste preference, or delays caused by the shipping carrier once the order has shipped.
